Scott Weiland's Happy in Galoshes came out Tuesday. It's all over the place, as you can probably tell from these few songs. Not bad though. I don't really expect much from Weiland these days, but a couple songs on here surprised me. Especially that David Bowie cover. "Missing Cleveland", the album opener is simple and predictable, but instantly lovable and my favorite so far.
