Didn't pay much attention until Gorilla vs Bear ranked the Vivian Girl's self-titled album as one of the best of the year (in the top 5). I checked them out, and I should write a thank you card to GvsB. Awesome album. Vivian Girls is a new, lo-fi garage rock band from Brooklyn. They are an all-female trio with some great harmonizing and a nice, fuzzy sound.
