Ever feel like you are listening to something that was made for the internet? When I first got this in my inbox, I ignored it, because Grizzly Bear annoys me and I've heard enough Lil' Wayne mash ups in the past two weeks to hold me over until 2020. But like wildfires and STDs, this song seems to be irritating my crotch. I mean spreading quickly. So check it out. The Soundmen have created Veckaflyest, a 3 song project that mashes up Lil Wayne with Grizzly Bear. This is the standout track.

Haha i get that reaction a lot, but im serious. They have moments of greatness in their songs but too often it seems self indulgent and drawn out. I don't like listening to 2 minutes of echoing harmonics.
Grizzly Bear is usually good. Lil Wayne is usually good. This mash, my friends, is horrible.
Prom Queen and Wayne's "evolution into rock" is a steaming pile of today's record industry garbage.
