Have been in complete love with Doom UNTILL 2 weekends ago, I was lucky enough to get a ticket to a DOOM show, and about 2 songs in to the show I realize he is fucking lip syncing, then about 5 minutes later i realize wait ITS NOT EVEN HIM!! some fat ass with a Doom mask on....I was beyond pissed to say the least and now have lost all respect for him. He obviously knew about the show--but wanted to gain respect and money by doing NOTHING...I googled it afterwards and turns out this has happened multiple times in the past....people like him make me sick

Yup, I feel you. DOOM def went through a shady phase. He's been called out and hopefully that's done. I'm not as big of a fan as I used to be either for a few reasons.
Still doesn't cancel out that he's made some sick music. Madvillain will forever be good shit.
